    Your time is spent with each of the sacred elements, to refine, release, replenish and restore your being, and to retune your inner-heart compass.

    Clients may develop a 9-month plan of recurring treatments and collaborative-coaching to grow their insights into milestones.

  • We honor the present moment, the only place we truly live. Through deep listening, I will incorporate a variety of modalities to unlock qi or stuck energy in the body. 

    My massage is deeply precise, targeting chronic pain and muscle tension with customized intuitive pressure and technique. Your treatment, with the highest grade of organic oils or body balms, begins with a steam to prime your body to receive. 

    You will experience enhanced blood flow, overall improved cardiovascular health, healing of sports injuries, muscle strains, deep-tissue muscle repair, and boost your immune system by promoting the healthy flow of lymphatic fluid.

  • To begin each session, we honor the present moment, the only place we truly live.  

    This treatment includes 75 minutes of hands-on pool time and 15 minutes of post session integration time.

    The session will take place in a 98 degree warm water pool, layering teachings of
    Watsu®, WRT Water Release Therapy®, and Healing Dance®, as well as sonic healing, for a unique aquatic bodywork experience

    WRT Water Release Therapy® is an extremely gentle form of therapeutic massage that combines Zen Shiatsu massage techniques of muscle stretching, joint mobilization and movements. 

    Water-release therapy soothes muscle tension, relieves pain, improves flexibility and stimulates all of the body systems by nourishing our vital force, also known as chi, qi, and prana. It influences the body's natural rhythm, promoting free flow of cerebrospinal fluid restoring balance to the endocrine system.

    Aquatic bodywork is a wellness multiplier, bringing about homeostasis which amplifies the body’s ability to heal itself. 

  • Sonic Energy Healing is a restorative experience where you are ‘bathed’ in multi-instrument sound vibrations, with guided relaxation and visualization. 

    This sound therapy works directly with the Chakras or the 7 main energy wheels located up the spine, starting from below the tailbone, and ending just above the crown of the head.

    Each wheel needs to be ‘spinning’ optimally in order to help the body vibrate at a healthy frequency. If one wheel is ‘stuck’ or ‘blocked’, this lowers the body’s frequency and causes disharmony, and sometimes illness. The 7 chakra points correspond to specific organs and hormones within the body, and it’s very common to have at least one or two chakra points that are blocked or not functioning optimally. 


    We humans have an optimal frequency, as does everything else in the universe, that occurs when each of the cells in our body vibrates at the frequency it was designed to.


  • Integration involves processing profound realizations from altered states of consciousness to embed these perceptual shifts into daily living. It means dedicating time to make sense of visions, lessons, and newly accessible neural pathways that have been revealed. Integration then reinforces preferred modes of thought and behaviour before our default mode-network reverts us back to past patterns.

    I invite your discoveries about a sense of Interconnectedness or Oneness, feeling of being connected to a higher truth within the deep self, the sense of the sacred that may lie outside of a set belief system, and perceptions that feel beyond language and ineffable.

    Additionally, we can expand our work by reviewing formative experiences to understand where you are today, where you would like to see growth, address any concerns, set intentions, clarify expectations, and prepare you for future work within deep meditation. 

    By digesting insights and weaving them into the fabric of your identity, integration sustains healing and self-improvement over the long term.

  • This bodywork treatment synergizes Deep Transformational Somatic Release therapy with deep meditation and chosen supplements to release trauma in the subconscious mind.

    In this powerful 4-6 hour offering, we navigate broader areas of energetic blockages in the body and employ customized techniques to slowly release them.

    This work is intuitive, varies from person to person, and requires a discovery call.

  • Is a reflective offering, inviting introspection and self-understanding combined with a sounding board and a cheering section.

    We examine, and hold space for shifts in, your primary goals, uncover measurable actions to soften and surmount challenges, and cultivate a “COHERENT STATE” towards all things: personal, family, professional and life situations.

    This is full-attention work that thrives in ongoing sessions.

    My tailored coaching emphasizes the interconnectedness of aspects of life, including nutrition, exercise, stress management, relationships, environments, mindfulness and spirituality. We hold space to examine all areas of your life, helping to develop right relation with all things.

    We build wellness from within, and I serve as an accountability partner to preserve your motivation and commitment required to meet your goals.

    I empower you to take control of connections between food choices and health, increasing your energy levels, improving mental clarity, chronic condition management, exploring lifestyle changes and to become an expert in your well-being.

    Additionally we examine the use of supplements and herbs, connections with the natural world, referrals for testing, and in-person offerings like shop-alongs, home cooking, and spatial design changes.

  • Heart Circle:

    • A symbolic token circulates allowing participants each a turn to address topics, including those raised by others in the circle.

    • With open minds, we work together to discover the best way to face challenges and obstacles to healing, alleviate suffering and deepen our capacity to heal.

    • Stories shared within the circle are held in confidence.

    Embodied Movement:

    This exploration will build confidence, stamina and greater freedom in the physical body. In this offering, we will explore a spectrum of creative movement with inquiries around: 

    • Time: Quick vs Sustained

    • Weight: Strong vs Light

    • Space Effort: Direct vs Indirect

    • Flow: Bound vs Free

    • Spatial relationships

    • Gesture

    • Shape

    • Tempo

    • Duration

    • Repetition 

    • Kinesthetic response 

    Wilderness Altars:

    • Is an active meditation practice to honor a particular point in one’s life. Whether it be to commemorate the loss of a loved one, celebrate the birth of a new creative project, or to set an intention by call in something specific into your vortex of desire. 

    • In this offering we create portals of relatedness with the world that supports us.

    • We create with what is already there: a rock, a hole in a tree, a boulder in the center of a river… 

    • An altar may be a simple and discreet composition, or become something like an ephemeral art installation in Nature. In this practice, we weave our spell of love honoring the impermanence of life and our place within it.

    Drum Circle:

    • A shared rhythmic experience, we engage in a spontaneous, collaborative creation of music, focusing on the collective rhythm rather than individual skill.

    • Our playing reduces stress, improves mood, promotes relaxation, and self expression. 

    • Please bring a drum with you if you have one, or I can provide instruments if need be.

    Singing and Vocal Embodiment:

    • In this practice, we focus on building a strong connection between the mind, body, and voice, allowing for greater freedom and expressiveness in singing and speaking.   

    • We will establish a system of check points to create a solid foundation of vocal technique for you to revisit and recall when needed on your vocal journey.

    • We will explore the spectrum of sound from a place of truth within the body, and in turn discover your authentic voice.

    Journaling/Creative Expression:

    In this workshop, we explore how to:

    • Romanticize your life through a grounding creative practice.

    • Set up your journal as an altar and create pages that bring you joy.

    • Release perfectionism that can inhibit creativity and healing.

    • Be an observer and narrator of your life. Identify how you'd like to show up in the world.

    • Explore new art journal techniques. This journaling practice may shift into painting, collage and other art mediums.
